A studio for the work that doesn't fit a template.

MaisenRayne is the creative-technology studio of Andrea Tiller — building AI-native apps, brand ecosystems, and operational systems for founders, debut artists, and community nonprofits doing work that nobody has shipped before.

Ch. 01 — Fields of practice

Six disciplines, one operator, end to end.

MaisenRayne is a single deep workshop — not a stack of specialists. Each field below is shipped, not pitched. Same hands on every layer, from the deepest schema decision to the smallest pixel.
01 / FieldFeatured

AI-native applications for the way people actually work.

Production AI products with real workflows — body-doubling, copilots, embedded assistants. React Native iOS & Android, Next.js web, full product loops. Composed from the right model for the job, with prompt architecture, evals and guardrails included.

02 / Field

Brand ecosystems, not just logos.

Identity, voice, art direction and the websites that hold them. We design the system, then build the surfaces that ship it.

03 / Field

Operational systems & PMO.

Governance, intake, clinical and program ops, RACI — the documents that make a small organization act like a serious one.

04 / Field

Content & publishing.

Serialized web novels, editorial sites, long-form properties. Words, structure, and the publishing rail that keeps them shipping.

05 / Field

Infrastructure & observability.

A containerized, self-hosted operating framework with standardized deploy pipelines and real-time observability. The unglamorous plumbing that keeps every venture upright.

06 / Field

Strategy & cross-domain synthesis.

Most projects fail at the join. We work across domains because the answer almost always lives in another room.

Ch. 02 — How we work

Four non-negotiables under every build.

The same principles run from the deepest schema decision to the smallest pixel — that's how the system still holds years from now, when the problem you started with has already changed shape three times.
01

Architecture first.

Start with the data model, the org chart, the deploy story. Surface follows structure — never the other way round.

02

Cross-domain synthesis.

Governance and software share the same backbone. We move across domains because the patterns transfer and the answers live elsewhere.

03

Human-centered by default.

High contrast, clear hierarchy, satisfying feedback, low cognitive tax. Accessible isn't a polish pass — it's the floor of the building.

04

Depth over volume.

A small number of engagements, run all the way through. Still here when the second hard problem shows up — the one nobody saw coming.

Ch. 03 — The numbers

Small studio, full ledger.

We don't keep score with logos. These are the real shapes of the operation in 2026.
05 Active ventures In build, shipping, in flight, releasing, or always-on.
06 Fields of practice From applications to infrastructure — same hands on every layer.

01 Operator on every line Sole proprietor. The author of the code, the brand, the docs, the rack.
Ch. 04 — The architect

A studio of one, with a blueprint for many.

Founder, sole operator, on-site labor. Every line of code, every brand book, every governance document, every server in the rack has the same author.

Andrea Tiller is a systems architect, product strategist and builder. She is the founder, sole operator and on-site labor of MaisenRayne — every line of code, every brand book, every governance document and every server in the rack has the same author.

She is AuDHD, which is not a footnote — it is the lens. Every system she builds bakes in clear hierarchy, low cognitive overhead, satisfying feedback loops and humane defaults, because she built them for herself first.

Her work moves between AI-native mobile apps built across the modern toolchain, brand ecosystems for debut musicians, full PMO and governance stacks for community nonprofits, web novels, and the DevOps that holds it all up. A Black woman building across all of it — usually not the person anyone expected in the room, and increasingly the one they call back.

“I don't build things that solve today's problem — I build systems that are still working when the problem has changed three times.” — Andrea Tiller, on the studio

Ch. 05 — The ledger

What's open on the workbench, right now.

Five active ventures, shown by shape — not by name. Some belong to clients. Some are ours. All of them are being built, not pitched.
Type Description Status
001 Product AI body-doubling app for ADHD & autistic users — fast multi-model backend, React Native, real-time presence. In build
002 Client Full artist platform for a debut musician — identity, ecosystem, fan rail and the site that ties it together. Shipping
003 Client Governance, PMO and brand system for a community nonprofit — bylaws to homepage in one engagement. In flight
004 Studio Serialized web novel property — long-form fiction with its own publishing rail and editorial calendar. Releasing
005 Engine The engine — a centralized operating framework with containerized stacks and real-time observability, deploying, scaling and monitoring every venture in the portfolio. Always-on
